Africville My Home is a fictional story about .the real lives in a real town in the second half of the twentith century. The story is set in a Black communityon the shorline of Halifax Nova Scotia. The tale of a love story, coming of age and the fight for what we all hold dearest our home and family. Hope a young girl being groomed for bigger things when love starts to change her destiny. A young boy finds his place amoung his friends and family. A community struggles to survive against the tide of progress. Follow the lives of the people of Africville.
