YVONNE MURTHA was born in Batavia, on the island of Java in indonesia, where she lived until immigrating with her family to Holland in 1946. The war with Japan changed her life forever when the imperial Japanese Army invaded and occupied the Dutch East indies on March 8, 1942. During World War ii with Japan, she spent three years in two Japanese concentration camps in Java with her mother and her sister. After the war and the indonesian revolution for independence that followed, Yvonne and her family fled to Holland, losing everything. After continuing her school education in Holland, she graduated from High School. She is a graduate from a prestigious Secretarial College in The Hague. Her diploma qualified her for an overseas job with a Dutch Certified Public Accounting firm on the island of Curacao (Netherlands Antilles) in the Caribbean. After having traveled around the world for business and pleasure, she immigrated to the United States where she got married and has two children. Yvonne just loved to
