The human brain and the mechanisms of its activity draw the attention of researchers from various specialties. The objective study of the human brain functions was started by i.M. Sechenov, who published his work Reflexes of the Brain in 1863. in that study the question of the objective physiological approach pattern to psychological activity mechanisms was raised for the first time /3/. in the early 1900s electroencephalography originated as a survey method of the brain, based on registration of the brains electric potentials. The beginning of the electroencephalography era is usually related to the Austrian psychiatrist Hans Berger, who first implemented the registration of electric potentials of the human brain in 1928, using scalp needle electrodes.
